Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or revenue
• Lost data or business opportunities

Exceptions:

This limitation does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury from negligence, or rights that cannot be limited by law.
